One white ZOVALIFE Cloud Comforter in the size you select. Pillowcases, sheets, a duvet cover and other accessories are not included.
What is the comforter filled with?
It uses down-free polyester microfibre fill. It does not contain feathers or down.
What sizes are available?
Single is 150 × 200 cm, Double is 180 × 220 cm, Queen is 200 × 230 cm and King is 220 × 240 cm. Check these measurements against your bed before ordering.
Why does it look compressed when it arrives?
The comforter may be compressed for delivery. Unpack it, shake it out and allow time for the fill to regain its natural loft before judging the final appearance.
Can I use a duvet cover?
Yes. You can use the Cloud Comforter as a duvet insert with a compatible cover. Check the cover measurements against the selected comforter size.
Is it real down?
No. The Cloud Comforter is intentionally down-free and uses polyester microfibre fill.
Is it suitable all year?
It is designed as an all-season comforter. Personal warmth preferences and room temperature vary, so choose bedding layers that suit your sleep environment.
How does the 30-night trial work?
The trial runs for 30 nights from delivery. Contact us for approval before returning it. The comforter must be sent back to receive a refund, and customer return postage applies unless it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 2-7 business days, followed by an estimated 7-14 business days in transit. Tracking is sent after dispatch.
